Refunds

This policy applies to all paid purchases on SiteTest.ai. It explains when and how you can get your money back and how a payment can be cancelled. Agency credits for batch audits are provided under a separate contract or invoice and are not covered by this policy.
If you are not satisfied with a paid audit, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of payment. You don't need to give a reason, and the guarantee applies even if the report has already been delivered.
Write to info@seoport.com.ua from the e-mail address you entered at checkout (or mention that address in your message) and add the link to the report or the date and amount of the payment. That's all — no forms, no calls.
We confirm the request and initiate the refund within 3 business days of receiving it. How quickly the money reaches your account depends on the bank that issued your card: it is credited within the time frame set by that bank.
The refund is made to the same card or wallet (Apple Pay, Google Pay) you paid with, for the full amount of the payment and through the same payment service. We do not refund in cash or to another card or account. If your card was charged in a different currency, the final amount on your statement may differ slightly because of your bank's conversion — this is outside our control.
If the payment has not been completed yet and the amount is only blocked (on hold) on your card, or if you were charged twice or by mistake, write to us: we cancel the transaction through the payment service, and your bank releases the blocked amount or returns the duplicate charge. The time frames from “When the money comes back” apply.
Once the refund is made, access to what was paid for with that payment — the full version of the report and the related materials — is revoked. From that moment, the right to use the report, including any copies you have downloaded (such as the PDF), also ends.
Even after 14 days, we refund the payment if the paid report was not delivered or the audit could not be completed because of a failure on our side.
The money-back guarantee is our voluntary guarantee. This policy does not limit the other rights you have as a consumer under applicable law. General terms of the contract: Public Offer (Terms of Service).
