This document is a public offer within the meaning of Articles 633 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine: Individual entrepreneur (FOP) Halyna Samoilenko (the “Seller”) offers any person (the “Customer”) to conclude a contract for the services of the SiteTest.ai web service on the terms set out below. The contract is concluded electronically; no separate paper copy is signed.
Seller: Individual entrepreneur (FOP) Halyna Samoilenko, tax ID (RNOKPP) 2885404768; full details, addresses and contacts are listed at the end of this offer. Customer: any individual or legal entity that has accepted this offer.
The Seller delivers to the Customer an automated SEO and AI search (GEO) audit of the website whose address the Customer entered: it analyses publicly available web pages and produces a report with diagnostics and recommendations. What the free audit and the paid audits include is described on the pricing page. Packages for agencies (credits) are provided under a separate contract or invoice of the Seller and are not governed by this offer.
The contract is concluded in electronic form under Articles 11 and 12 of the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce”. This offer is accepted — fully and unconditionally — by actions whose meaning is explained on the site next to the relevant button: for a paid audit, by paying the invoice on the payment page; for a free audit, by starting the audit on the site; for an audit with a promo code covering the full price, by applying the promo code. Acceptance by action is made under paragraph 4 of part 6 of Article 11 of that Law; no separate electronic signature is used to conclude the contract. The contract is concluded at the moment of acceptance, on the terms of the version of this offer in force at that moment; you can keep the offer in unchanged form by printing this page or saving it as a PDF.
You enter the address of a website, choose a paid audit, leave an e-mail address and pay. Once the payment is confirmed, the audit starts automatically; the report is usually ready within a few minutes, and for large sites it may take longer. If you have not received the report, write to us — we will run the audit again or refund the payment under the Refund Policy. If the report has not been provided within 24 hours of payment confirmation, we refund the payment in full.
Prices are displayed on the pricing page in the relevant currency. Paid audits are one-time purchases paid online through the payment services WayForPay or monobank. Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Payment is made online through the payment services WayForPay or monobank (Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay — depending on the service); the methods available are shown on the payment page. Card details are entered on the payment service’s side; SiteTest.ai does not receive or store them. The electronic confirmation of payment (receipt) is issued by the payment service; on request, the Seller sends a confirmation of payment stating its date.
The price is shown in the currency the site uses for your language. The charge is made in the currency and for the amount shown on the payment page before you confirm the payment. If your card is in a different currency, your bank may apply its own conversion.
SiteTest.ai is a digital service provided online: there is no physical delivery and therefore no shipping cost. The service is available online from any country except states subject to Ukrainian sanctions. The report is available on the site via its link and/or sent to the e-mail address you provided, usually within a few minutes of payment. The service is deemed provided from the moment the report becomes available via its link.
The conditions, procedure and timing of refunds, as well as the cancellation of transactions, are set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
The 14-day money-back guarantee described in the Refund Policy is our voluntary guarantee for every customer, in any country: you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of payment without giving a reason, even if the report has already been delivered. The guarantee does not limit the rights you have as a consumer under the law. We do not ask you to waive any of these rights.
Free tier: up to 10 audits per hour per IP address. A repeat check of the same domain within 24 hours may return the previously saved report instead of running a new audit; this is determined by technical identifiers of the request, including the account, the visitor cookie or the IP address. Automated scraping, abuse and circumvention of these limits are prohibited.
Audit results are generated algorithmically and enhanced with AI. While we strive for accuracy, results should be verified by a qualified professional before significant changes are made to your website.
The Seller’s liability under the contract is limited to the amount the Customer paid for the service concerned, except where the law does not allow such a limitation. This term does not limit the rights a consumer has under the law.
If you have a complaint, please write to us by e-mail first — we try to settle every dispute by negotiation. If you are a consumer, you may bring the dispute before the court at your place of residence where the mandatory rules of your country provide for this; otherwise, the competent court at the seller's place of business decides. Disputes are resolved under the law of Ukraine; this does not deprive a consumer of the protection given by the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
The contract is governed by the law of Ukraine, where the Seller is registered, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the consumer's country of residence.
The Seller may change this offer by publishing a new version on this page with its version date. A new version applies from publication to orders placed after it; orders already paid remain governed by the version in force at the time of payment.
The official (prevailing) version of this offer is the Ukrainian one; versions in other languages are translations. In case of any discrepancy between language versions, the Ukrainian version prevails.
