Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2, 2026

Scope

These terms govern the use of the SiteTest.ai web service, operated by the provider listed in the legal notice. By using the service you accept these terms.

Contract formation

A contract is formed when you submit an audit request (free or paid) and we confirm and start delivering the corresponding service. For paid audits, the contract is concluded upon successful payment.

Service description

SiteTest.ai provides automated SEO and AI-search (GEO) audits. We analyse publicly accessible web pages and generate reports with diagnostic findings and recommendations.

Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed on the pricing page in the relevant currency, including any applicable taxes. Paid audits are one-time purchases processed by our payment provider. Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

Delivery of the digital service

Reports are generated and delivered electronically, typically within minutes of payment, by being shown on the site and/or sent to the e-mail address you provide.

Right of withdrawal for consumers

Consumers ordering a digital service have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By explicitly requesting that performance begins immediately upon ordering and acknowledging that you lose the right of withdrawal once the audit has been fully delivered, you agree to start of performance and waive your withdrawal right upon full execution of the contract (§356 (5) BGB).

Usage limits

Free tier: 5 audits per day per IP, max 30 per month. Rate limit: 10 audits per hour. Automated scraping, abuse and circumvention of these limits are prohibited.

Accuracy

Audit results are generated algorithmically and enhanced with AI. While we strive for accuracy, results should be verified by a qualified professional before significant changes are made to your website.

Limitation of liability

We are liable without limitation for damages caused by intent or gross negligence and for damages arising from injury to life, body or health. For slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties), liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damage. Any further liability is excluded.

Dispute resolution

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform (ODR) at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which the provider is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the consumer's country of residence.
