Question 1

Is there a free tier?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with no signup: A–F grades, issue counts, a short summary and one issue shown in full — what is wrong, why it matters and what we saw. The fix for it (with code where it applies), and all the other issues, are in the Full Audit.

Question 2

Is this a subscription?

Accepted Answer

No. SiteTest.ai is pay-per-audit: you buy a single Full Audit ($4.99) when you need it. The hosted report stays online for 365 days (unless the payment is refunded); you can also download it as a PDF.

Question 3

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Accepted Answer

Yes — a full refund within 14 days of payment for every customer, no questions asked. This is our voluntary guarantee and does not limit your consumer rights under the law.

Question 4

Can I re-audit after my developer ships fixes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every paid audit includes 5 re-audits valid for 365 days from the audit date — compare the scores side by side to see whether the fix worked.

Question 5

How long does an audit take?

Accepted Answer

Usually about a minute, up to 5 minutes if the site asks for a pause between requests. The report opens in full once all checks are done.

Question 6

How many pages does the Full Audit cover?

Accepted Answer

All 92 checks run against the single URL you submit. On top of that we read a sample of up to 30 pages of your site — chosen by page type from the sitemap and internal links, plus the language homepages — for 11 site-level checks: response codes of sampled pages, title uniqueness, sitemap completeness, metadata consistency, hreflang, meta description, H1, image alt text, heading order and two schema recommendations. It is a deep audit of one page plus a site-wide sample — not a full crawl of your site.
